This smoothie has everything you need to refuel your body after a morning workout. In addition to the powerhouse herbs in our Recovery Mab Stick, raspberries and pineapple contain antioxidants that can help aid in muscle recovery, Chia seeds boast essential minerals and three grams of complete protein per serving as well as some healthy fat, which helps support exercise recovery. Bonus: add some collagen powder to boost proteins and minerals!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup raspberries
  • ⅔ cup pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 Recovery Mab Stick
  • Optional – unflavored Collagen powder

Directions

Drop all ingredients into your high powered blender and blend for about a minute or until well blended. Pour and enjoy! For those who like the texture and crunch of whole chia: Add Chia seed to 4 oz water- stir well and set aside. Blend pineapple, raspberries, and 1 recovery mab stick and collagen if using with 4 oz water until well combined. Pour into a glass, stir in the chia seed mixture and enjoy.
