Herbal Coconut Water with Cucumber

The ultimate replenishing post-workout refresher! Coconut water and cucumber to rehydrate, salt to restore electrolytes, and a little Cayenne kick for circulation.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 oz Coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber juice
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 Recovery Mab Stick

Directions

Pour coconut water into a large mason jar. Finely grate ~¼ of a cucumber. Squeeze through a sieve or press into a large spoon to collect cucumber juice and add this to the coconut water. Add in a pinch of cayenne pepper, salt, and a Recovery Mab Stick. Shake well and enjoy straight from the jar or pour into a glass over ice with cucumber slices.
