A warm and steamy cup of chamomile tea is a timeless go-to for a reason. This recipe elevates the classic with a squeeze of bright lemon and a Calm Mab Stick to take your end-of-day relaxation to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 8-12 oz Chamomile Tea, served hot
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 Calm Mab Stick

Directions

Boil water for tea. Pour over 1 round tablespoon of loose leaf chamomile or two tea bags. Steep 5-10 minutes. Drop Mab Stick into a mug and pour hot tea over it. Add a generous squeeze of lemon and stir well.
