In a large mixing bowl, combine contents of dry mix with 1 1/4 cup of water and 1 cup of a neutral oil, such as canola or grapeseed. Stir until a uniform batter comes together. Pour into a greased 9x9” baking tray and bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. To test doneness: poke a toothpick into the center of the tray. If it comes out clean, the brownies are ready. If there is batter on the toothpick, add more time. Let cool completely before cutting. Tip: Add fresh fruit or a scoop of your favorite ice cream for an even tastier treat!
